What is Coaching and How Can it Help?
The purpose of coaching is to unlock your true potential—the true you. During the process, the focus is placed on you and your personal growth and development because for every situation, no matter how dire it seems, there is a solution.
What are the benefits of coaching?
- Learn how to focus on the present moment and what is going on in and around you that may be hindering your journey.
- Discover and solidify goals in your life that will bring you happiness, love, and a truer purpose in life.
- Find solutions to issues relating to family, career, goals, and relationships that are holding you back.
- Better understand yourself—your needs and desires—so you become empowered in your life.
We cannot control outside events, but we can control how we react to them. Most importantly, we can control our thoughts about those events. One of the keys to achieving anything in life is having the right mindset.
What is the secret?
Life may not always make sense to the mind, but if you have a clear heart and a positive mindset, you can take better control of your surroundings and be more prepared for the challenges you will face. Loving others is wonderful, but you must love yourself as well / first!
I can help guide you on that process of discovery
The secret is quite simple—you hold the key to open any life door you desire. The trick is to not only acknowledge that you are full of love, but to accept this as truth and experience it. Remember who you are, what you can do, and that you can change your life, so it is surrounded by positive love.
Your mind may be telling you that you are not worthy of love. Your mind may be telling you that you are not “good enough.”
I am here to tell you that you ARE worthy of love and that you ARE deserving of so much more—you just need to learn how to see and understand it for yourself! This is where I can help.
Let’s chat about how—together—we can customize coaching sessions that fit your needs and your personality.
Everyone is unique in their own way and together we will find that key to unlock your shining success.
“What is a sample exercise to get started?
This exercise is called “Letting Go.” Think of it like this—We cannot add fresh water to a glass without first emptying the old water. Sometimes we want to make a change in our life—new habits and ways of thinking, —but we don’t want to let go of the old ones. That may not be possible because sometimes you need to let go of old things to make room for the new.
- Be aware of what you want to change about yourself and what you want to let go of.
- Accept that while it was once a part of your life, it is okay that it does not continue with you on your life journey.
- Thank those emotions for once having a place in your mind and let them go—the anger, hate, confusion…
- Accept the love that you now have space for in your heart and mind because you cleared of all the past negativity.
- Forgive yourself and others and tell yourself that you are now free to continue onto the next chapter of your life. Be assertive, affirm it!
- Sit down in silence and enjoy the moment of peace. Feel it, feel that new emotion that you choose to experience.
- Take one step at a time and repeat it every day for 15 min,(preference every morning before starting your day) and after a few months, your new habits will strengthen within yourself creating room for new possibilities.
Sometimes we forget who we are and can get lost in the darkness.
How do I know if I am on the right track?
During this transition from your old self and your new self, you may experience a different state of understanding, which may leave you confused or uncomfortable. Know that these feelings are okay and are a sign that things are changing and you’re growing.
Progress is made when you start going out of your comfort zone.
While you may question if this change is working for you, you also need to listen to your heart and think about who you want to be. Ask yourself—What version of myself do I want to become?
You must know that the version of yourself that you imagine—happy, carefree, peaceful—is possible when you surrender and let yourself welcome the new you.
We shouldn’t wish for miracles to come. The reality is that miracles exist already!
“Life itself is a miracle and we live in the miracle every single day!”
